FROM SCAN DATA TO INSPECTION RESULTS

SHINING3D Inspect is industrial 3D inspection software for moving measured scan data through alignment, dimensional analysis, GD&T, 2D and 3D comparison, and reporting. It is designed to work closely with SHINING 3D metrology systems while also supporting imported measurement data.

The software supports desktop, on-device and automated inspection workflows. This makes it useful for first article inspection, repeat production checks, sheet-metal analysis, dent and surface-defect evaluation, and other applications where measured geometry needs to become documented inspection information.

INSPECTION APPLICATIONS

INSPECTION FROM CAPTURE THROUGH REPORTING

Inspection requirements range from a quick decision beside the part to a documented routine that runs repeatedly in production. SHINING3D Inspect connects measurement, analysis and reporting closely with SHINING 3D metrology workflows while also supporting imported measurement data.

  • Measure and compare: evaluate features, cross sections, GD&T and full-surface deviation against the required geometry.
  • Use the workflow where it fits: support desktop, on-device and automated inspection depending on the application.
  • Document the result: combine deviation maps, dimensions and GD&T into reports for engineering, production or customer records.
