Inspection Capability Built Into the Scanner
FreeScan Omni Series combines metrology scanning, onboard computing, and inspection software in a wireless handheld platform. Users can capture, mesh, inspect, and report directly on the scanner, which is useful for shop-floor checks and field measurements where a separate workstation is inconvenient.

Choose the Scan Method Around the Part
Blue laser modes cover dimensional inspection, detailed features, and recessed geometry, while infrared VCSEL provides a markerless option for suitable feature-rich parts. The Omni platform is available in Omni and Omni Lite configurations, with modules such as Video Photogrammetry and AI Feature Recognition added where the workflow calls for them.
The platform fits in-process inspection, tooling and fixture checks, incoming inspection, reverse engineering, and other measurement tasks that benefit from taking the scanner to the part.
