The FreeScan Trak Nova combines wireless Dynamic Tracking with two complementary scanners, giving inspection and engineering teams one adaptable system for medium and large components. The tracked workflow keeps the scanner referenced as the operator moves around the part, supporting efficient measurement in the shop or field.
UE Nova provides broad coverage for larger geometry, while TE Nova handles more detailed measurement. Both can also work independently, and integrated Video Photogrammetry (VPG) supports larger measurement volumes when dimensional accuracy across the full part matters.

Adapt the Measurement Setup
to the Part
Dynamic Tracking keeps the scanner position referenced while the operator moves around a large or complex component. This gives teams a flexible measurement setup for assemblies, tooling, fabricated structures, and other parts where access and working position can change throughout the job.
UE Nova can cover larger surfaces quickly with a field of view up to 2.6 × 2.2 m, while TE Nova can concentrate measurement on smaller features and detailed geometry. That makes it practical to establish the overall shape first and then focus measurement effort where more detail is required.
For larger measurement volumes, integrated Video Photogrammetry supports dimensional accuracy across the part. The resulting data can move directly into inspection, CAD comparison, reverse engineering, and manufacturing verification workflows.
