Diagnostics, Preventive Maintenance & Repair for 3D Equipment
Diagnostics, maintenance and repair for supported 3D printers, scanners and related systems—including equipment CAMS did not originally supply.

DIAGNOSIS ACROSS THE COMPLETE SYSTEM
A 3D printer or scanner problem can originate in hardware, calibration, software, firmware, material, process settings or the surrounding workflow. CAMS reviews the symptoms, service history, logs and available diagnostics to separate the equipment fault from application or process issues and identify the next service step.
Service can include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, component replacement, software and firmware assistance, and calibration or verification where applicable. Depending on the system and problem, work may be handled remotely, at CAMS or on site.
SERVICE & SUPPORT CAPABILITIES
SERVICE EXAMPLES
SERVICE BASED ON THE EQUIPMENT AND THE PROBLEM
CAMS can also work on supported systems that were purchased elsewhere. Where we have the technical knowledge, documentation, parts access and an appropriate service path, we can diagnose the equipment and determine the practical next step.
- Remote diagnosis: review symptoms, logs, software behaviour and available documentation before unnecessary travel or part replacement.
- On-site or bench service: inspect, maintain and repair supported equipment where hands-on work is required.
- Systems not sold by CAMS: support may still be possible when we have the technical information and service access needed to work on the equipment responsibly.
