Design requirements vary widely depending on the application, whether it’s functional mechanical components, scan-based geometry, or organic and artistic forms.
We work with you to understand your requirements and develop the appropriate 3D models, digital assets, and 3D modelling outputs to support your workflow, whether that involves creating new designs, modifying existing geometry, or working from 3D scan data.

CAPABILITIES
We support a range of design approaches depending on the application:
Mechanical parametric CAD design using platforms such as SolidWorks, Geomagic Design X, and similar industry-standard tools
3D scan-to-CAD and scan-based design convert scan data into accurate CAD models for reverse engineering and designing around existing geometry.
Freeform design creates complex organic models for industrial and medical applications using tools such as Geomagic Freeform.
Digital sculpting and texturing enables detailed artistic creation and surface design for visual applications using software such as ZBrush and Freeform.
APPLICATION-FOCUSED APPROACH
Our role is to support the development of 3D geometry based on your input and intended use.
Depending on your project, this may include:

Creating parametric CAD models from scratch

Modifying or adapting existing designs

Developing organic or complex shapes not suited to traditional CAD tools

Preparing models for additive manufacturing workflows and downstream processes

Supporting internal engineering or design teams on larger projects where additional modelling capacity is required
