AutoScan Inspec2 combines a fixed blue-light scanner with a three-axis turntable, allowing the system to present multiple sides of a small part automatically. One-click scanning and automatic calibration reduce manual handling and make repeat measurements easier to reproduce.
Built Around Complete Small-Part Coverage
Multi-object, flip-scan, and intelligent add-scan functions help complete geometry that would otherwise require repeated manual setup. Full-colour capture is available for documentation, and the integrated inspection module can move directly from scan data into dimensional comparison and reporting.
The workflow is useful for connectors, electronics housings, molded components, impellers, jewelry, precision parts, and other small geometry where full-field surface data is useful for inspection or reverse engineering.
