3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing Services

We provide additive manufacturing services across a wide range of technologies, materials, and applications—from early-stage prototypes through to functional parts and low-volume production.

Supported across Canada, with our headquarters in Hamilton, Ontario.

3D Printing & MFG Services

Every project starts with your application. The requirements of your part, material performance, and end-use conditions all play a role in selecting the right process.

We work with you to understand what you’re trying to achieve and recommend a manufacturing approach that makes sense—technically and practically

Application-Focused Approach

Our goal is to match the process and material to the requirements of your part and application.

Depending on your project, this may include considerations such as:

Mechanical performance

Surface finish and feature detail

Environmental or operating conditions

Quantity and scalability

Cost and lead time

You don’t need to have all of this defined—we’ll help guide you through the process.

PROJECT SUBMISSION GUIDANCE

To help us evaluate your project, you can share as much of the following information as you have available:

  • Application for the part

  • Desired material (if known)

  • Preferred manufacturing process (if known)

  • Quantity required

  • Timeline or deadlines

  • Please send us your 3D models where possible.

If you don’t have 3D files, we can work with you to create them.

We can work with:

  • Native CAD files (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)

  • Universal CAD formats (STEP, IGES, etc.)

  • STL or other mesh file formats

If you’re unsure what to provide, we’ll work with you to determine what’s needed.

Have A Project In Mind?

Send us your files and any details you have—we’ll review your application and help you determine the best path forward.
