ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING FOR FUNCTIONAL PARTS AND PRODUCTION
Material performance, geometry, surface requirements, quantity, lead time, and end use all influence which additive process makes sense. The same part may be better suited to polymer powder bed fusion, resin, metal, binder jetting, pellet extrusion, or another route depending on what it has to do.
CAMS works across multiple additive technologies and can support the stages around the print as well, including design preparation, finishing, machining, assembly, and inspection where required. That allows us to quote a defined printing task or build a broader manufacturing workflow around the finished deliverable.

WHAT TO SEND FOR A MANUFACTURING QUOTE
To review a project, send an available CAD or mesh file, intended use, quantity, material requirements and expected timing. STEP, IGES or STL files are useful starting points. If a model is not yet available, CAMS can also support the design work needed to prepare one. Finishing, casting, thermoforming and inspection requirements can be considered as part of the requested deliverable.
