S400Inno is built around process development rather than a fixed production recipe. Its waterfall powder spreading system supports multiple sand types, binder dosage can be adjusted, and the printhead includes automatic cleaning. Real-time slicing/RIP and editable process parameters make the system useful for testing sand, binder, layer thickness, strength, gas evolution, and casting performance before scaling a process.
