Large-Format Metal PBF With Multi-Laser Area Control


EP-M650 uses 4-, 6-, or 8-laser configurations across a 650 × 650 × 800 mm build volume. Eplus3D applies multi-laser positioning and overlap control to maintain consistency across the larger exposure area, while controlled gas flow manages smoke and condensate during long builds. The platform is used for larger structural parts, tooling, energy hardware, heat exchangers, and high-value multi-part production.
