Multi-Metre Metal PBF With Up to 256 Lasers
EP-M3050 extends powder bed fusion to a 3050 × 3050 mm build area, with 100- or 256-laser configurations and optional Z-axis extension up to 5000 mm. Large-scale airflow management, multi-laser coordination, and powder handling are engineered around meter-scale builds. Eplus3D has demonstrated a 2.8 m aerospace casing on the platform, illustrating the type of monolithic structure this system is designed to produce.
