OptimScan Q12/Q9 combines two scan ranges in one four-camera system. The larger range covers more of a small or medium component per shot, while the smaller range concentrates measurement on tighter features; switching is handled in software and the data can be fused into one result.

Stable Full-Field Inspection Across Different Surfaces


Monocular-Stereo Fusion helps recover geometry around corners and joints, while multiple-exposure modes reduce the setup needed when a part contains surfaces with different reflectivity. Fast single-shot capture supports manual inspection as well as turntable and robot-based measurement.


The platform fits dimensional inspection, CAD comparison, tooling verification, and repeat measurement of machined, molded, electronic, and other precision components.
