The eviXscan 3D Quadro+ uses four cameras arranged as two independent measurement ranges. The operator can switch between the smaller, higher-detail range and the wider range in software without changing lenses or recalibrating the scanner.

Use the Range That Fits the Geometry
The wider range reduces the number of positions needed for larger surfaces, while the tighter range concentrates resolution on small features and critical areas. Data from both ranges can be combined in one project, which is useful on parts that mix broad geometry with local detail.
The same dual-range workflow can be used in manual inspection or automated robot and cobot cells for quality control, reverse engineering, tooling, castings, and other varied production work.
