EP-M2050 uses a 2050 × 2050 mm build area with 36-, 49-, or 64-laser configurations and a standard 1100 mm Z height that can be extended for specific projects. Multi-laser overlap control, powder management, airflow, and optical stability become part of the system architecture at this scale. The platform is intended for very large aerospace, propulsion, energy, tooling, and machinery components produced with fewer assembled sections.
