Canada's Leader in 3D Innovation

Admatec 130 Evolution

At Canadian Additive Manufacturing Solutions (CAMS), we proudly offer the Admaflex 130 Evolution, an advanced 3D printer designed for both ceramics and metals. This machine is the world’s first stereolithography-based 3D printer to offer metal and ceramic printing on a single platform, making it an ideal choice for industries requiring high precision and flexibility. It features an integrated high-volume automatic mixing system that keeps materials in motion to prevent sedimentation, ensuring consistent material quality throughout the print. With the ability to easily switch between materials without cross-contamination, the Admaflex 130 Evolution delivers unmatched versatility and efficiency.

The Admaflex 130 Evolution also offers a unique "multi-part printing" feature, allowing users to control light exposure settings for each individual layer and STL file. This capability enables faster process optimization, streamlining material and feedstock development. Additionally, the machine supports design of experiments (DoE), letting you print multiple parts with different exposure settings in a single job for more efficient research and development.

For process control, the Admaflex 130 Evolution is equipped with a vision-based in-process quality monitoring system, providing full traceability and documented proof of the printing process. Real-time video capture and time-lapse recording ensure that the entire print job is visible, allowing operators to make adjustments as needed. If a defect occurs, users can pause the print and make adjustments to avoid waste, optimizing the overall workflow. Remote access via Ethernet allows for monitoring from anywhere, enhancing usability and increasing efficiency.

Furthermore, the Admaflex 130 Evolution offers excellent flexibility for future upgrades. Machines built between 2016 and 2022 can be retrofitted with an add-on for metal printing and heavy powders, ensuring your investment remains future-proof as technology advances. With its combination of high productivity, material versatility, and real-time monitoring, the Admaflex 130 Evolution is the ideal solution for businesses seeking a reliable, high-performance 3D printing platform.
