The FreeScan UE Pro2 sets a new standard in portable 3D metrology, combining high-speed performance with wireless portability for versatile inspection applications. Weighing just 950 g and featuring an integrated wireless module, it enables seamless data capture and transmission anywhere—perfect for on-site fieldwork or challenging environments.

With a rapid scan speed of up to 3,460,000 points per second, the UE Pro2 doubles scanning efficiency compared to the previous generation. Its 50 laser lines and high frame rate of up to 180 fps ensure fast, comprehensive data acquisition, while an embedded computing module accelerates processing, reducing overall scanning time and computer workload.
The system features SHINING 3D’s patented Video Photogrammetry (VPG) technology, eliminating the need for coded markers and ensuring consistent volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m. This makes setup fast and efficient, even for large-object scanning, indoors or outdoors.

Versatile scanning modes allow users to tailor operations to the task at hand: high-speed scanning with 50 laser lines, detail scanning with 7 parallel lines for intricate features, and deep-hole scanning with a single laser line for pockets and recessed areas.
