Einscan Rigil Specifications

The EinScan Rigil is a professional tri-mode laser 3D scanner designed for high-precision, flexible, and efficient scanning across a wide range of applications. With standalone, wireless PC, and wired PC modes, it delivers maximum adaptability, allowing operators to scan and process data directly on the device, wirelessly connect to a PC for complex tasks, or leverage wired connections for high-speed and large-volume data collection.

Equipped with a hybrid light source combining blue laser lines and VCSEL infrared, the Rigil supports marker-free laser scanning for fast, reliable data capture. Its dynamic laser switching and multiple scan modes—including high-speed laser, fine-detail laser, and IR rapid mode—allow users to balance efficiency and detail in a single project, with volumetric accuracy up to 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m.

The Rigil also features full-color texture scanning with a 5MP high-definition camera, preserving accurate texture details for reverse engineering, design, and cultural creation. Its marker-free tracking algorithm improves scanning efficiency compared to traditional marker-based systems, while maintaining superior data quality even on reflective or dark surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.

With a powerful on-device workflow, the EinScan Rigil enables calibration, scanning, data modification, closed surface generation, model editing, and export directly on the scanner. EXScan Rigil software further enhances the workflow with mesh cleanup, cutting planes, mirror, flip normal, and automated noise removal tools, making it easy to integrate scans into 3D design and reverse engineering pipelines.

Designed for industries ranging from automotive engineering and aftermarket parts to research, education, and art customization, the EinScan Rigil combines advanced hardware, wireless convenience, and versatile software into a single, professional-grade solution for high-accuracy 3D scanning.
