FreeScan Combo Series Specifications

The FreeScan Combo Series delivers high-precision 3D scanning in an ultra-compact, ergonomic design. Measuring just 193 x 63 x 53 mm and weighing only 620 g, these scanners pack dual light sources—blue laser and infrared VCSEL technology—into a lightweight shell, making them ideal for narrow, complex, or hard-to-reach environments.

Designed for industrial-grade applications, the Combo Series achieves metrology-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm, ensuring consistent and precise results for quality control and detailed inspection. Its innovative dual-light system allows users to select the most suitable scanning mode for any scenario. Multiple scanning modes include: multiple-line mode with up to 50 laser lines (Combo+ version) for rapid full-object scans, fine scanning mode with 7 parallel lines for intricate details, deep-hole scanning with a single laser line for recessed areas, and infrared light mode for quick, marker-free scanning.

The Combo Series is optimized for efficiency and ease of use. Its ergonomic design and adjustable camera angle allow for fast data capture along seams and in confined spaces. With scanning speeds up to 3,600,000 points per second, users can complete large or detailed scans quickly without compromising accuracy.

Additional accessories such as the Metrology Kit, featuring magnetic marker balls, further streamline setup and positioning for handheld laser scanning workflows.
