When a customer expands their investment, it means one thing: it works. 👏
🎉Building on a successful initial deployment, Hankook Engineering Works Co., Ltd. has further scaled their #MetalAdditiveManufacturing capacity with Eplus3D Additive Manufacturing.
What started as an evaluation has now evolved into stable, repeatable production.
Using EP-M300 metal #PBF systems, Hankook has produced 100,000+ tire sipes components with consistent quality and reliable performance.

As demand increased, additional systems were deployed — enabling continuous production across facilities.
This ongoing collaboration reflects more than just equipment performance — it demonstrates a clear path from evaluation to scalable manufacturing.
A big thank you to the Hankook Engineering Works Co., Ltd. team for their continued trust.

Hankook’s journey from first test to 100,000 parts shows impressive scaling in additive manufacturing and process refinement. This reminds me of learning methods like What is Spaced Repetition where information is reviewed at increasing intervals to improve retention, just as production systems improve efficiency through repeated optimization over time. overall
