EASYMFG BJS
EasyMFG Sand Binder Jetting Systems for Foundry Molds & Cores
Sand binder jetting produces complex molds and cores directly from digital data, removing pattern-making from many foundry workflows.
Supported & Serviced by CAMS Across Canada & North America

Digital Mold and Core Production
Sand binder jetting selectively binds foundry sand to build molds and cores directly from CAD data. Complex internal passages, consolidated core assemblies, and low-volume or frequently changing geometries can be produced without manufacturing a traditional pattern first, giving foundries another route for prototypes, replacement work, development programs, and production.
System selection depends on mold and core size, sand and binder system, throughput, handling, and how the printer fits into the existing casting process. EasyMFG’s range covers development through large-format production, allowing CAMS to work from the foundry requirement rather than forcing every application onto one machine size.
EASYMFG SAND BINDER JETTING SYSTEMS
About EasyMFG
EasyMFG develops binder-jetting systems for metal, foundry sand, and full-colour applications. Its equipment ranges from compact development platforms to larger production systems, with a focus on powder handling, printhead-based deposition, and scalable digital manufacturing workflows.
CAMS works with EasyMFG across these binder-jetting technologies and supports the broader process around the printer, including application evaluation, installation, training, service, parts, consumables, and the downstream steps required for the selected material system.
