Large Parts From Granular Thermoplastics


Fused Granular Fabrication (FGF) feeds thermoplastic pellets directly into a high-output extrusion system. Compared with filament-based printing, pellets make it practical to move much more material and use a wide range of industrial and composite feedstocks, which suits large molds, patterns, fixtures, display pieces, furniture, tooling, and other meter-scale parts.


The KINGS lineup spans different build envelopes and output levels, including systems aimed at very large production. Machine size should be considered alongside nozzle size, material drying and feeding, thermal control, expected bead size, surface finishing, and whether machining is part of the final workflow. CAMS helps define the process around the finished part rather than build volume alone.
