Precision Structured Light

High-Accuracy Structured-Light 3D Scanners for Detailed Measurement

Structured-light systems provide dense, repeatable surface data when detail, stability, and controlled measurement matter.

Supported & Serviced by CAMS Across Canada & North America

Dense Data From a Controlled Measurement Setup

Fixed and tripod-mounted structured-light scanners capture complete surface geometry from a series of controlled positions. Their stable optics and dense point sampling make them well suited to precision components, tooling, molded parts, castings, inspection, reverse engineering, and other work where fine geometry and surface detail are important.

The available systems range from compact automated desktop scanners to dual-range and wide-area metrology platforms. Selection depends on the size of the object, required feature resolution, measurement volume, automation needs, and how often the setup must move between different part families. CAMS can help match the scanner, positioning method, and inspection or reverse-engineering software to the workflow.
