EPLUS SLS

Eplus3D Polymer Powder Bed Fusion Systems

Eplus3D SLS systems use polymer powder bed fusion for functional prototypes, end-use parts, and batch production without dedicated support structures.

Supported & Serviced by CAMS Across Canada & North America

Polymer Powder Bed Fusion for Nested Production

Selective laser sintering fuses polymer powder across each layer while the surrounding powder supports the part during the build. That allows complex geometry and multiple parts to be nested through the build volume without separate support structures, making SLS useful for functional prototypes, housings, ducts, fixtures, low-volume production, and other durable polymer parts.

The Eplus3D lineup covers different build envelopes and production needs. Selection should consider part size, nesting density, material, thermal requirements, refresh strategy, post-processing, and how powder will be handled around the machine. CAMS helps evaluate the complete workflow rather than treating build volume as the only differentiator.

About Eplus3D

Eplus3D applies its powder-bed engineering across metal and polymer additive manufacturing. Its polymer range combines dedicated SLS platforms with material and process support for functional prototyping and production workflows.

CAMS supports the equipment alongside application development, installation, training, service, parts, consumables, and the powder-handling workflow around the machine.
