EASYMFG FullColour

Full-Colour Binder Jetting Systems

Full-colour binder jetting combines geometry and colour in the print, producing physical models where visual information is part of the part itself.

Supported & Serviced by CAMS Across Canada & North America

Colour as Part of the Digital Build

Full-colour binder jetting applies binder and colour information into a powder bed layer by layer, allowing detailed colour models to be produced directly from textured 3D data. It is well suited to architectural models, medical and educational models, replicas, visualization, figurines, cultural objects, and other applications where colour carries information or presentation value.

CAMS has long experience with full-colour powder printing and the downstream work that makes these parts successful, including model preparation, colour and texture handling, depowdering, infiltration, and finishing. Our current work with EasyMFG is focused on a modern, serviceable full-colour binder-jet platform built around those practical workflow requirements.

About EasyMFG & the CAMS Full-Colour Program

EasyMFG develops binder-jetting platforms across metal, foundry sand, and full-colour applications. CAMS is working with EasyMFG on the full-colour platform shown here, combining their binder-jet equipment experience with CAMS’s practical requirements from years of full-colour powder printing and service.

The objective is a modern system built around the workflow, reliability, and long-term serviceability requirements of current full-colour users. CAMS supports the broader solution, from application and file preparation through equipment service, materials, and finishing.
