Fine Geometry in Technical Ceramics and Metals


Admaflex technology uses a light-based process to selectively cure ceramic- or metal-filled feedstock into a green part. After printing, the part is cleaned, debound, and sintered to develop the final material properties. This route is well suited to small and medium components where complex geometry, fine features, surface quality, or hard-to-machine materials make conventional processing difficult.


The Admaflex 130 Evolution and 300 address different scales of development and production while retaining open process controls and material-handling features intended for high-viscosity feedstocks. CAMS can help evaluate the full print-to-sinter workflow, including material, geometry, furnace requirements, and expected production volume.
