M200 Eco

The M200 Eco is designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency and optimized for the rapid production of small parts, making it an ideal partner for the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) industry. It offers an excellent balance for small to medium-sized businesses entering the metal binder jetting (MBJ) market, combining the portability of the Inno series with the high precision of the Pro series.


The printer features a build space of 200 × 140 × 100 mm and overall dimensions of 1162 × 630 × 1120 mm, with a part accuracy of ±0.05 mm. It supports a printing speed of 8 to 14 seconds per layer and offers an adjustable layer thickness ranging from 0.03 to 0.1 mm to suit various application needs.

Powder feeding is managed via a sieving and compacting top powder feeding

system, compatible with a wide range of powder morphologies. The M200 Eco employs a one-pass printing method that combines powder recoating and printing simultaneously for enhanced efficiency. The build box is fixed using a negative pressure system and is easily replaceable.

Equipped with piezoelectric printheads that span the full width of the build box, the printer achieves a printhead native pixel index (NPI) of 600 and a printing resolution of 1200 dpi. It supports common 3D printing file formats including STL and 3MF, enabling seamless integration with existing design workflows. Overall, the M200 Eco delivers a versatile, precise, and efficient metal binder jetting solution tailored for growing industrial needs.

The M200 Eco Metal Binder Jetting 3D Printer is designed for the rapid production of small, high-precision metal parts, making it an ideal solution for prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. It features a build box size of 200 × 140 × 100 mm, offering a total build volume of 2.8 liters. With a maximum printing speed of 389 cc/hour, the M200 Eco delivers fast, efficient performance without compromising quality. The layer thickness is adjustable between 30 and 100 microns, providing flexibility to balance surface resolution and build speed depending on the application. This compact and capable system is well-suited for industries requiring detail-rich metal components produced on demand.
