Digital Cores and Molds Without Pattern Tooling

S500Smart uses a 500 × 450 × 400 mm build chamber for direct-from-CAD production of sand cores and molds. Binder jetting is especially useful for complex internal passages, one-off replacement work, and short production runs because the sand bed supports the geometry without dedicated pattern tooling. The system is sized for foundries bringing smaller core and mold work in-house.
