Digital Cores and Molds Without Pattern Tooling
S500Smart uses a 500 × 450 × 400 mm build chamber for direct-from-CAD production of sand cores and molds. Binder jetting is especially useful for complex internal passages, one-off replacement work, and short production runs because the sand bed supports the geometry without dedicated pattern tooling. The system is sized for foundries bringing smaller core and mold work in-house.

CAPACITY FOR RECURRING FOUNDRY WORK
The S500Smart is suited to recurring sand core and mould jobs within its 500 × 450 × 400 mm chamber. Part nesting, build frequency and downstream sand handling help determine the practical throughput of the system. CAMS can evaluate typical casting geometry and production volume to confirm how the compact platform fits into an existing foundry workflow.
