Large Foundry Cores and Molds Directly From CAD


S2200Mega provides a 2200 × 1000 × 1000 mm build chamber and rates up to 136 litres/hour. The scale allows large molds and complex cores to be printed as one job, reducing the number of assembled core sections and eliminating dedicated pattern tooling for suitable work. An optional second job box and motorized conveyor support higher-throughput foundry workflows.
