Large-Format Binder Jetting in Max and Plus Configurations

The M550 platform uses a 550 × 370 × 200 mm build box with 40.7 litres of powder volume and published build rates up to 2442 cc/hour. M550Max uses one full-width piezoelectric printhead, while M550Plus uses three full-width heads and the newer Plus-series motion and production platform. Both are designed around one-pass printing and removable build boxes, supporting larger components or high part counts that move through curing, depowdering, and sintering as a batch.
