Upgraded Cameras 5mp:The Compact S1 Pro 3D scanner produces up to 5 million points per scan with an accuracy of up to 30 microns (0.03 mm) per scan. 

Blue Light Projector: The new Compact S1 Pro features a new more powerful blue light projector. Blue light has a shorter wavelength which captures finer details with less ambient color noise.

VDI/VDE Calibration: Achieve consistent results with high-accuracy verified in accordance with VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 using NIST-calibrated artifacts.

Temperature StableNew cooling vents sustain optimal operating temperatures for accuracy while significantly reducing potential damage and calibration issues due to overheating.

Structured Light 3D Scanning

Swiftly capture intricate surface details of components with high-resolution structured light. The new S1 Pro features a new more powerful blue light projector.

Blue light has a shorter wavelength which captures finer details with less ambient color noise. Capture more precise and accurate shapes. Blue light is also longer lasting and safer with a cooler operating temperature.

External Triggers: External Trigger support for seamless integration in industrial automation and robotics. Essential for precise scan timings and synchronization. Communicate and control using C++, C# or Command line.

Locking USB: Provides secure port connections preventing accidental disconnection. USB connectors with locking mechanisms are essential on moving platforms like robot arms.

Built To Last: Durability is important in industrial environments. The Compact S1 Pro is constructed using 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and has a scratch-resistant silver finish.

SDK Compatible: Polyga’s SB SDK allow users to directly communicate and control any of Polyga’s 3D scanners using C++, C# or Command line.
