The FreeScan Trak ProW is built for large components, assemblies, and structures where the tracker has to cover a lot of space. Its extended tracking range lets the operator move farther around the part before repositioning the tracker, while the wireless TE25W remains referenced in real time without markers on the workpiece.

Surface Scanning, Photogrammetry, and Probing in One Coordinate System


The TE25W provides separate laser modes for broad surface capture, finer geometry, and deep pockets. Integrated Video Photogrammetry supports accuracy across extended parts, and FreeProbe can be added for datums, bores, edges, and other features better measured as discrete points.


This combination fits inspection and reverse engineering of rail, heavy equipment, fabricated structures, tooling, large castings, and other work where access around the part is a major part of the measurement setup.
