1250 × 1250 × 1350 mm metal PBF with 9- or 16-laser configurations for aerospace, propulsion, energy, tooling, and large industrial structures.

Supported & Serviced by CAMS Across Canada & North America

Metal powder bed fusion examples showing industrial metal parts, multi-laser production and controlled powder-handling workflows.
One-Metre-Class Metal PBF for Monolithic Components

EP-M1250 uses a 1250 × 1250 × 1350 mm chamber with 9- or 16-laser configurations. At this scale, metal PBF can be applied to rocket and aerospace structures, energy hardware, large tooling, and other components where consolidating multiple fabricated sections into one printed geometry changes the manufacturing route. Closed powder handling and multi-laser overlap control are central to operating a build volume of this size.
