3D Heavy Duty Quadro - able to scan in almost any indoor or outdoor conditions
Produces high precision results in all environmental and atmospheric conditions. Designed for continuous operation in industry and production lines under conditions of varying temperatures and lighting. The blue structured light source enables scanning of dark objects in outdoor lighting environments. The sealed, anodized aluminum housing protects the scanner internals against accidental mechanical damage, moisture and dust.
Two scanning ranges allow measuring the geometry of complex objects of a wide range of sizes. The scanner is compact, rugged and mobile so that it can scan objects in the most challenging locations. The 3D Heavy Duty Quadro scanner is frequently used by heavy industries to increase efficiency when inspecting and reverse engineering objects. 3D Heavy Duty Quadro is a 3D scanner that can be used underground, in foundries, on production lines and in many other places... also in your company.
See what makes eviXscan 3D Heavy Duty Quadro so innovative

Three sources of structured light
A high power light source (Power LED) with different colours (blue, red or green light) enable the scanner to operate with high precision in the most challenging lighting conditions.

Sealed housing
Made of aluminum alloy is resistant (IP62 standard).

Innovative cooling system
The active cooling system allows the device to work in harsh environment and guarantees reproducible results.

Scanning from two pairs of cameras simultaneously
The use of two pairs of cameras guarantees high accuracy of measurements and speeds up the scanning process.

Two variable scanning ranges
The ability to scan in two ranges (narrow and wide) allows for precise scanning of small, complex objects and larger objects.
Advantages of the Heavy Duty family
Accuracy, durability, ease of use
High quality lenses and cameras, certified accuracy according to VDI / VDE 2634 Part 2, 4.1 Ps, high mechanical stability of optics systems due to the usage of carbon fibre in the construction, strong light source uses Power LED technology, two scanning ranges in one device, complete system in mobile case, high resistance to dust and humidity, low power consumption, self-calibration option.
Two scanning ranges in one device
The ability to scan in two measuring ranges (narrow and wide) makes the 3D Heavy Duty Quadro scanner a versatile device that allows the scanning of objects of varying sizes and complexity.
Software
Intuitive eviXscan software in English and Polish, export results to most popular formats (stl, ply, obj, asc, bin), basic point cloud and triangle mesh editing capabilities, software update.
Application areas for eviXscan 3D scanners
Rapid prototyping
Producing prototypes quickly and cheaply is an important strategy for gaining a competitive advantage today. A precision 3D scanner, such as eviXscan 3D Heavy Duty Quadro, is an essential part of the rapid prototyping process.

Narrow scanning range
In the narrow range, the cameras are positioned closer together, allowing a measuring range of 210x145x90 mm3. This ensures the highest accuracy and point density. This range is recommended for scanning very complex shapes and small dimensions.
Support
Included in the purchase cost is training for 2 operators, full technical support and a 24-month warranty that can be extended.
Wide scanning range
In this range, the cameras are positioned further apart, allowing a measuring range of 370x265x150 mm3. This ensures the accuracy and density of points needed to scan larger objects.
