EP-M150 uses a small laser spot and thin layer range to resolve fine geometry in titanium, nickel alloys, stainless steels, cobalt chrome and other qualified materials. The compact chamber also keeps powder inventory and inert-gas demand low, which is useful when running high-value alloys or frequent material changes. Real-time gas monitoring and integrated powder feeding/sieving support controlled day-to-day operation.
